It’s summer 2026. A so-called senior bailiff supposedly visited me and couldn’t reach an agreement. He then unleashed a shitstorm against me using his powers of attorney.
He presumably slipped a letter into the unlabeled advertising mailbox at my old house. I officially emigrated from Germany to Asia at the beginning of November 2021. All the authorities, my lawyer, the local town hall, the tax office, my insurance company, the energy supplier, my internet provider, and all my neighbors know where I am. But a man who calls himself a senior bailiff uses an unlabeled mailbox with the address of someone who has officially deregistered there. That takes a lot of criminal intent.
Due to my alleged unwillingness to resolve the matter, he fraudulently obtained a judgment against me and seized all my German bank accounts without warning—simply stole them!
During the same period, I was in frequent correspondence with the District Court in Dresden, where a reminder had been filed and no agreement had yet been reached. Unfortunately, the friendly staff member there had also failed to inform me about your colleague and his machinations.
However, the court and the public prosecutor’s office knew how to contact me.
