I wanted to inquire again about when the court will review the invoices and how the appeal will be handled.
To date, I have not received any notification by email or mail here in Macau.
You were supposed to inform me about the next steps.
I received a negative entry in my Schufa credit report without being notified. Someone is using a false address to deliver important documents and hasn’t received any information from you, or something else is going on.
I contacted Schufa, as my address here in Macau is also on file there, and received the access code. Unfortunately, it contains no information (something about the court in Meissen).
Meanwhile, all my German bank accounts have been frozen, depriving me of my basic living expenses. I cannot pay the alleged creditor’s amount due to money laundering, as I was never issued an invoice. In fact, I never received any written documentation regarding the entire process. Incidentally, there’s no name on the mailbox in Radeburg either; it’s directly connected to the blue recycling bin because of the advertising!
