Then I wanted to know whether my lawyer sent you the letters I sent in June and July 2020, or not.
Several pages, including documents for goods I sent to BingHe, diving equipment… (which the colleague in Teltow said were related to arms deals), export clearance for the parts, export documents for the items actually exported… loading location, pictures of the original packages… etc.
Because the sentence order doesn’t mention any of this. However, I assumed the case was closed, since I hadn’t received any letters or summonses for years. – Until Mr. S*** and the public prosecutor made the “deal.”
I also wrote in October 2024, before the trial in 2025.
Were the documents submitted to the judge, and are they on file?
When were the invoices in question issued?
It’s a shame that in 2025 the documents aren’t yet available in digital form, especially since every tradesperson is required to post their invoices online.
If necessary, I’ll have to ask Ms. H*** to review the files for me and send me the copies; that should be permissible.
